What is Copyright?

Copyright is a law that is used to protect idea’s and creations that you have created/will create showing that it is yours and it can’t be used by other users unless you have given them permission. Anything can be copyrighted be it, a painting, a game, a character, a song as long as your the original creator. you can copyright it.

How Does it Apply?

Sound: A Recorded Sound, being Vocals or Sound effects can be copyrighted by Original Sound Producer, Voice actor, Foley Artist, or company that sound has been recorded for.

Music: Music can be copyrighted by Artist, Producer, Band, or Studio that song has been recorded for.

Textures & Art: Textures, Concept art, Sketches can be copyrighted by Original artist, or Company that created & designed the Product.

How To Avoid Copyright

Avoiding copyright is done by creating your own designs, asking the original Creators to allow you to use their copyrighted material (you might have to pay for the usage), Or using Royalty-Free material in your product as long as you credit the Original creator.
